GPS, XBox and potato chips stolen

Sunday, Dec. 2, 9:19 p.m. — A resident reported that someone stole a GPS, XBox and a bag of potato chips from their car parked at Ingleside Road and Chagrin Boulevard.

Violin stolen from school

Tuesday, Dec. 4, 9:19 a.m. — A student at Shaker Middle School reported that someone stole a violin, valued at $795, from the band room.

Accused teen thief caught by store manager

Tuesday, Dec. 4, 9:51 p.m. — A 17-year-old male from Cleveland was arrested at Walgreens at 20600 Shaker Boulevard after a manager said he spotted the teen stealing a pair of headphones, valued at $30. The manager chased the suspect and caught him.
