Fire investigators have released the investigative report on the December 2012 fire that killed two Shaker Heights residents.

The report indicates that rumors about Jance Reynolds trying to save his daughter Mary Paige in the blaze are true.

The cause of the fire was ruled undetermined but unintentional.
