Bike Shaker: Why all the red brick in Shaker?

Join us on an 8.3 mile bike tour of historic Shaker Heights. Learn about why the predominant institutional and commercial architectural style is traditionally Georgian in Shaker. View homes and buildings designed by Cleveland architect Charles Schneider and Clarence Mack. See Plymouth Church and take in the sights of Shaker Square. http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/408160442

You must RSVP to 216-921-1201. It is $15 to go on a tour and use your own bike or $20 if you want to rent one of our bikes. These are guided tours led by Shaker Historical Society members and avid cyclists, Rick Smith and Greydon Petznick. SHS Members receive a $5 discount!
