Shaker Resident Thwarts Bike Thieves

A resident of Aldersyde Drive was able to prevent the theft of two bicycles from his garage by confronting the thieves, according to the Shaker Heights Police Department.
The man told police that the found two teenage boys in his garage on July 13 trying to steal the bikes.
He confronted them, and they dropped the bikes and ran away.
