Shaker Heights Man Dies in Bedford Heights Jail
Police say Omar Arrington-Bey attacked officers.
A Shaker Heights man has died after an altercation with police at the Bedford Heights Jail, The Plain Dealer reports.
Police said Omar Arrington-Bey, 38, assaulted two corrections officers, who called for help. When other police arrived, the man was on top of the officers, choking them. Police restrained the man, and he later lost consciousness and died.
