I am a graphic artist and copywriter by profession, and a husband and father of three children. I was raised and educated in Indiana, and lived in Chicago, New York City and Cleveland before settling in Shaker Heights in 1993. 

I am also the founder and director of Grow Shaker (formerly the Shaker Heights Taxpayers Union) www.growshaker.org, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization for fiscal responsibility and transparency among our taxing authorities in order to revive our fine garden suburb.
