Two Shaker High School Students Earn Perfect Scores on National Greek Exam

Sameer Apte, Ben Robertson master test; nearly a dozen others recognized with top honors

Shaker Heights High School students excelled on the National Greek and the Roman Civilization exams.

The students, part of the state's only full four-year public high school Greek program, earned top honors and two students earned perfect scores on the exam.

Purple Ribbon (Perfect)

Greek II: Alex Cullina, Brian Gao, Narayan Sundararajan
Greek III: Ezra Zigmond

Red Ribbon (High Award)
Greek I: Max Cassell, Matthew McMillan, Peter Swales
Greek II: Kieran Aulak
Greek III: Anna Hundert

Green Ribbon (Merit Award)
Greek I: Sonia Richman, Ethan Young
Greek II: Gianni Ciccarelli, Ben Silberman
Greek III: Lee Hsu, Kerstin Niedermaier, Yixuan Wang

The National Roman Civilization Exam winners are:

Gold: Sameer Apte, Ben Robertson, Anav Sood, Narayan Sundararajan, Ezra Zigmond

Silver: Kieran Aulak, Alex Cullina, Brian Gao, Allison Kao, Matthew McMillan

Bronze: Sonia Richman
