As you shop for back-to-school supplies and gear, keep these important dates in mind:
- Aug. 22: New student orientation
- Aug. 23: First day for students on both the Shaker Heights and Hunting Valley campuses
- Sept. 3: School is closed for Labor Day
- Sept. 10: Sixth grade Curriculum Night
- Sept. 11: Kindergarten-fifth grade Curriculum Night
- Sept 12: Seventh and eighth grade Curriculum Night
