Man Passes Out At ATM, Then Shoves Police Officer

A 53-year-old Cleveland man faces assault and drunken driving charges in Shaker Heights after he passed out in his car at a drive-up ATM, according to Shaker Heights Police.

Facing charges is Quento Johnson, 53, of Cleveland.

The man passed out in the drive-up ATM at PNC Bank at Chagrin and Lee roads. Cars queuing behind him noticed he wasn't moving and called the police, according to the police report.

Police officers came and attempted to rouse the man, who then became irate and pushed a police officer.

He was arrested.
