Man who fell asleep behind the wheel is accused of driving while drunk
Feb. 14 -- Shaker Heights Police arrested a man who was found sleeping while behind the wheel of his running truck shortly after midnight on Valentine's Day at the intersection of Van Aken and Onaway.
The driver, a 36-year-old man from Shaker Heights, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Burglar steals laptop, camera, jewelry
Feb. 14 -- Police are investigating a burglary that occurred Feb. 14 on the 17000 block of Scottsdale.

A thief broke into a rear window of the home and stole an Apple laptop, Nikon camera, iPad and jewelry.
Anyone with information regarding the burglary is encouraged to call the Shaker Heights Police Department at 216-491-1220.
Stolen minivan found in Cleveland
Feb. 14 -- An unlocked Dodge Caravan was stolen from the driveway of a home in the 3600 block of Hildana.
The minivan was found the same day parked near the intersection of East 151st Street and Kinsman Road.
Police are still looking for the thief (or thieves) who stole the Caravan.
