Home Burglarized After Resident Spots Suspicious Person Outside
A woman noticed a suspicious man outside her home, and then later had her house burglarized, according to Shaker Heights Police.
A Lytle Road resident said she saw a man hanging around suspiciously outside her home on July 29, according to Shaker Heights Police.
The woman asked the man what he was doing and he told her he was looking for his dog.
The woman later left her home for about an hour and returned to find that he home had been burglarized, according to the police report.
She reported missing from her home $50 in cash, some costume jewelry and three watches of undetermined value, according to the police report.
