Man punched in effort to stop juvenile fight

Tuesday, Nov. 27, 3:57 p.m. — A man reported that he was punched when he tried to break up a fight between several teens at the Shaker Heights Library.The teens have not been identified.

Water heater, furnace stolen from home

Tuesday, Nov. 27, 4:37 p.m. — Someone broke into a vacant home on the 3600 block of Pennington Road and stole a water heater and a furnace, all valued at $6,000.

iPod, cell stolen from car

Nov. 28, 10:21 a.m. — A resident on the 17100 block of Lomond Boulevard reported that someone stole an iPod and cell phone from their car while it was parked in their driveway.
