9-1-1 Caller: "Please Hurry. It's Terrible."

Shaker Heights dispatchers received several calls about the Daleford Road house fire in the early morning hours of Dec. 18.

The first call, placed at 3:58 a.m., was made from an out-of-state cell phone, according to dispatchers on the recording.

For two minutes, dispatchers asked the man for the address of the fire while he and at least one other person yelled at someone to jump. Other people can be heard screaming in the background.

The man gave the address at 4 a.m., and the dispatcher told him that crews were on their way.
