Yoga and Meditation *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga - In this class we focus on the present-moment awareness that comes through a focused yoga practice, and we learn techniques for increasing that focus through meditation. We discuss meditation techniques as we practice our yoga poses, and also learn how to "take our yoga off of our mats" and into the rest of our lives by applying these practices in daily life situations. These techniques help us to stay peaceful, calm, and balanced amid the daily pressures of everyday life. Each class ends with a 10 minute meditation practice. This is a gentle, relaxing class; suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis.
