Notice is hereby given that the City of Shaker Heights Police Department will hold a public auction on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 10 a.m. in the Police Garage located at 3355 Lee Road in said City for sale of the following unclaimed property.
Bikes AND other property items (see attached)

Said auction will be held in accordance with Section 737.32 and 737.33 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio.
Numerous bicycles will be sold, without appraisal at public auction to the highest bidder for cash.
