Shaker Landmark Commission Announce Photo Contest Winners

The Shaker Heights Landmark Commission announced the grand prize winner and category winners of the first annual Preservation Month Photo Contest.

The contest was created in honor of National Preservation Month, which is celebrated each May by preservation organizations across the country. Forty-three entries were received.

"The Landmark Commission is pleased with the response to the inaugural Preservation Month photo contest," said Ann Klavora, principal planner for the city. "The wide variety of submissions captured many of the different Shaker places that people love. We are already looking forward to next year’s contest."
