Shaker Arts Council to Create Artist Directory

The online tool will help schools and organizations find and book artists from Shaker

Soon schools, organizations and residents will be able to find artists in their community all in one tool.

The Shaker Arts Council is working on an online artist directory that will feature the contact information and disciplines of artists, performers, authors and more on the council's website.

“The directory will be designed to be a useful tool for presenters such as schools, festivals, arts organizations, arts centers, colleges and universities, civic organizations, performance spaces, galleries, individuals and groups that utilize artists,” SHAC President Leslye Arian said in an announcement posted on Shaker Heights Patch.
