Before Shaker Heights and JFK faced off Saturday, the high school showcased the newly renovated stadium as part of Come Back to Shaker.
Athletes representing all varsity sports cut a ribbon to officially open the stadium to the public. The $1.9 million renovation project included the installation of a new track, field, drainage, fencing, scoreboard and an audio system.
