Don't let the snow and wind keep you away from fresh produce today.

The North Union Farmers Market opens its indoor winter market at 9 a.m. this morning on Shaker Square. Bakers, artisans and other vendors from all over the region will be there until noon.

The market will be held indoors at Shaker Square's Northeast Quadrant,
just west of CVS. Free parking is available on the north side of Shaker Square behind the building that houses Dewey's Coffee.

The market will run from 9 a.m. to noon every Saturday through March 23.
