Five Shaker Heights homes and condominiums in foreclosure are scheduled for sheriff's sales today, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

• 3549 Lynnfield Road; appraised value $65,000; minimum bid $43,334

• 3590 Daleford Road; appraised value $55,000; minimum bid $36,667

• 16010 Fernway Road; appraised value $150,000; minimum bid $100,000

• 3119 Ludlow Road; appraised $140,000; minimum bid $93,334
