The intersection of Fairmount Boulevard and Richmond Road is open to traffic in all directions, Beachwood Police wrote on Twitter this morning.

The intersection has been closed for two months while crews replace Richmond Road between Hendon Road and Fairmount Boulevard.
The project is scheduled to be completely finished next week.
