A man was arrested on Colwyn Road for inducing panic after police say he made it clear to the whole neighborhood that he had a gun.
Shaker Heights Police responded to a report that a juvenile girl had been assaulted by another juvenile girl. As police were speaking to the people involved, the victim’s father, 37, from Cleveland, arrived.

He made reference to his gun and became disorderly, said police. They arrested both the accused assailant for assault and the victim’s father for inducing panic and disorderly conduct.
